The landlord can even place a false claim of rent stating that the tenant is not paying rent for quite sometimes and on the other hands the tenant too can refuse to vacate the place even after prior notice. There are several laws for safeguarding the interest of both the tenant as well as the landlord.
     
     
    If there is no written agreement between the Landlord & Tenant this things can easily take place. Therefore a written agreement is needed to safeguard the purpose of both the parties. For a legal agreement the Landlord & Tenant do not have to rush to a legal professional and pay a huge amount of money to him or her. They can easily do that agreement by themselves with the help of some forms which are easily available on any reputed legal store. The Landlord & Tenant can buy these forms for a small amount of money.

In this form you can fill in the duration of the agreement, the terms and conditions of agreement, responsibilities of bother the parties. You can add some additional clause to this legal form. After that bother the Landlord & Tenant have filled in the form the agreements is complete. A copy of the agreements should be with each of the parties i.e with the tenant as well as with the landlord.
     
     
    If both the parties have a copy of this agreement then any party will think twice before violating the agreement.
